how do i prepare for my appointment T?

  • Please arrive with freshly washed product free hair.

  • Anything not booked prior to appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled and your deposit will not be transferred.

  • IF you would like that i shampoo and blow dry your hair. You can select this as an add on to your appointment.

  • Absolutely NO oils or heavy products (interferes with the products that are used)

  • Please arrive with hair properly blown out for your desired service.

  • If you select the option for me to blow dry please arrive with manageable hair, not hair that is half way matted from being washed and left without combing.

  • Hair must be 4" of hair all over. please reach out if hair is less then to see if you can be serviced.

POLICY

  • No extra guests unless you’re coming with a child.

  • when booking, please double check that you have provided a valid name,phone number, and email for contact purposes.

  • Please do not call me as I may be with a client. text or email is more convenient and more efficient!

  • If you need further instruction on where i am located, Please reach out in advance before your appointment. The location is listed on the website and confirmation email.

  • Non-refundable Deposit MUST be paid at the time of booking remind due in cash or zelle

  • 15$ fee for cash app or app pay.

  • you are required to pay 30% deposit fee at the time of booking

  • The deposit is NON-refundable!

  • please take note that no call no shows well be banned from rebooking.

Is hair provided?

  • Natural colored hair 1B/2 is provided and included in your final payment for your style.

  • Colored hair must be purchased by you and brought to your appointment including crochet styles. Please purchase Outre pre-stretched Xpression hair.

Is there a Cancellation/late policy?

  • You may cancel/rescheduled anytime 24 hours before the appointment date. deposit is nonrefundable

  • Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours cannot be rescheduled. The balance for the appointment will be charged via card on file.

  • Deposits are not returned for rescheduling, it will be transferred to the balance of your next appointment.

  • If notified, a 10 minute grace period will be provided to late clients. After 15 mins your appointment be is cancelled and your deposit will not be transferred.

  • No call, no shows will be charged the full amount of the service and banned if needed.

  • Please reach out before hand for location if needed, it is listed on the website. Not begin able to locate the salon is not an excuse to show up late

  • $100 extra AFTER HOUR FEE this includes any appt requested after 6pm during the week and sat appointments when time is allotted.

  • please read what is listed above regarding after hour appointments. Please do not skip over anything as there will be no negotiations made.

Do you travel to the client?

  • I am happy to braid you in the comfort of your home! A traveling fee will be added to the total price of your booking.
